  Best used car dealer there is. The salesman is very welcoming and thorough; will definitely consider this place again.

  Update: two years after paying nearly $7,000 for a 2005 Subaru the car is nearly useless. It suffers from an electrical problem difficult to diagnose and fix. I have come back to my car after long days to find it dead on too many occasions to list. I have gone through numerous batteries and required jumping hundreds of times. This is one of many problems with the car including muffler problems, fuel line problems, bearings, and overheating. Corners were cut like missing floor mats and being told verbally that the CD player worked when it doesn’t. I am especially disappointed because I explained to the salesman that I carefully saved this money as a waitress in college and couldn’t afford to buy a lemon. Lemon indeed. Without thousands of dollars for repairs, no way to make lemonade.

  I was respectfully greeted by a young man that advised the person I should speak with was away. I left my contact information. Received a follow up call and experienced courtesy and knowledge. I would do business with them. Thanks

  Thanks to Addison at Highline I'm the proud owner of a 2008 4Runner. Highline is a true mom & pop business. At Highline, expect personal communication and clear pricing. You won't have to worry about excessive delivery/destination charges and the typical 'dealer' smokescreens. You call Addison, set the appointment, and he's there. He accomodated my odd hours due to work, allowed me to inspect the car to my satisfaction, and was upfront about the car's condition. We agreed on a set of repair work and after Addison delivered, I signed the papers. I'll definately keep an eye on Highline for repeat business. Addison has a knack for finding affordable hidden gems. p

  If there was a way to give 6 stars, I would rush to do so! These guys have given me faith in the used car industry. They are, truly, a family run and family oriented business. I found my vehicle on Car Gurus and reached out via the web. They called me back within the hour and set up a test drive. Because I live in NYC and I work in New Jersey, getting to them before the business day ended was impossible. They arranged for a test drive and inspection well after business hours. Upon inspection of the vehicle, and a test drive, they were upfront about a defect that I would have had no way of knowing (It did not affect the quality or safety of the vehicle). They were more than willing to negotiate the price and accept a deposit. I returned to purchase the vehicle and because of my work schedule they waited for me to pick up the vehicle at 9pm!!! It was prepped and ready to go. The vehicle has served my family and I wonderfully. It was such a good purchase, that I was afraid to leave a rating, for fear of the vehicle going out on me! The service and the vehicle have been abnormally wonderful! I am beyond satisfied with the vehicle, the service and the salesmen. If I EVER need another vehicle, I will , without a doubt, go directly to Highline Motors.
