  I bought a lemon from them - engine light problems from beginning - should not have passed inspection - engine lights - frozen caliper - low pads- rotors -drums - brake lights - etc - nice in begining then thats it -2016

  Very good experience at this dealership. Good deal and prompt service. I got a nice car from the lot earlier this year and so far it's running very smoothly.

  I went to this dealership to look for a car that I wanted to drive so I went to the dealer to talk about the price of the car and what is the name of it. There were two salesman and they were very friendly to me about what I said and understand what I needed. So I came here like about a couple of times and I would like to say that this the best car dealership in the world to be honest and I would like anyone out there to come and support this dealership once and for all. I suggest that everyone should come to this dealership and buy them that are show at that place so overtime High line Car show would be the best and well-respected dealership in Long Island!

  I had the most horrible experience with the team at this institution. I would advise anyone with the need to purchase a used vehicle to go elsewhere. Both Eric and John are individuals who has no sense of integrity and are total ripoffs. They will speak to you nicely and go on to tell you whatever they think would satisfy you in order to make sales. As soon as you sign the paperwork required to finalize the deal, their whole disposition changes. I would advise everyone who have had issues with those individuals to report those issues in person to consumer affairs in Long Island. This iron fist operation needs to be stopped at all cost and attacking their credibility by means of exposing their wrong doing is the first step. I have experienced their disgusting attitudes and lack of transparency in giving their customers feedback regarding to concerns about the products (cars) that they sell. #voicerecordersareagem

  My car just got totalled. Was hesitantly looking for a car to get around in. I don't trust car dealers so I was constantly on edge. I walked in with my guards up . I met a man name John. He was so helpfull , so patient , he addressed every concern and worry I had. I didn't have much money so I got what could afford ; a 1999 Honda accord. And let me just say I love this car. It is reliable I have no problems . Some one hit my car door while I was parked . Since John was so nice I took the car to him and he even made an effort to get the dent out for me. My daughter will be driving soon and I know just where to go to get her a car. Thanks John !!!😊
