  I bought my car from highline motor , I like the service & and I love my car , so clean , low millage , and very good price compare to other dealership . high recommended to get your guys from there ,thank you victor

  This dealer is irresponsible, unreliable and will give you a car full of problems. The manager's name is Victor. He told me he was to have the car that I bought ready for a certain day and he didn't meet the date, but it's worse, when he finally gave me the car, the repairs had not been made. The first day that I drove it, the window handle came off, the side mirror adjuster came off too. I complained and he said he was going to fix it. He did, but poorly. Neither part works well. And here comes the most recent problem: I was driving on the highway last night and the whole front hood of the car flew away. I am still under warrantee with Highline Motors, but Victor told me that they will not replace the hood because "anyone may have messed with it in the street and so it's not their problem". Here is Highline Motors for you. You buy a car from them and two months later the parts start flying away. I have asked for the name and number of Victor's supervisor and he refuses to send it to me. Other problems: they said they were going to process the registration papers for me and the day my temporary registration was expiring I still had not received the permanent papers. And the list goes on. This business is not to be trusted. I believe the hood flew away because they have done such a sloppy, poor quality job with the used car. Another thing: I have asked Victor to send me the "car facts" and he has not done it either.
