  I have been going to HUC for about 3-4yrs & has never received anything but kindness, patience, understanding, care, & thoroughness. I made Dr. B my PCP after only 1 visit & it’s not b/c of how gorgeous he is . . . He is a great Dr. w/ a even better staff. Thank you, Highland Urgent Care for your service! & as far as the “wait time” that I’ve seen in other reviews, doctor’s offices are just like grocery stores. Your in-and-out (sometimes service) depends on the time of day that you go! I always schedule or walk-in at about 5–6pm & the nurse is calling me to the back before my damn co-pay goes through . . My seat has never even gotten warm. If you can’t wait, I suggest the ER!

  I've been coming here since I moved to Atlanta. The staff is friendly and I seldom have to wait to be seen.

  Still the best treatment place I have ever gone. The parking is tight for a full size pickup truck and there are closer places to where I live that I could go for treatment, but the time with Dr. Nick is more than worth it to me to drive for 20 minutes. I've always been able to walk in with a minimal wait (if any wait at all). He and all the staff are incredibly friendly and take time with you. He is a great believer in curing the problem, not just giving you drugs to treat symptoms. They have a new billing system that also links to a portal. You can see all your records at anytime you need.

  Nothing wrong w/ the medical treatment here. The problem is getting past the counter! Expect in-comprehensive, in-conclusive and partially offensive explanation to charges and procedures from the "Office Manager." This lady runs all of one desk and had zero professionalism. As to my argument, I requested an extra test at my recent visit that I was not physically able to fulfill - therefore requested a refund for that part of the service. Nothing more. Because I was not able to put liquid stool in the provided test tube (very slim, by the way) and return it in time, I was charged the full amount of the test. Even though no such test was ever performed. I expressed my interest in paying for the plastic/disposable stool kit, in case such thing was the matter of concern but the office manager declined basic understanding. To describe my experience further, I was called "aggressive" when asking for an explanation. P.S. if you manage to get past the counter, the service is professional and reliable. I hope to hear back from the doctor, as clearly there was no one but the office MANAGER to speak to. As for the charge, I'm left no choice than to file a charge back with my credit card company.
