::Visited highland home viridian 40s in Arlington. Very nice place. The model home looked great with decent size bedrooms. Compared to Meritage home in Carrollton, these plans are beautiful and better priced. The only drawback is that nearby schools are not highly rated. Per Zillow - Oakwood Terrace Elementary (Rating 6), Euless J High (Rating 8) and Trinity High School (Rating 6). There is a lake nearby and lots of trails. Have shortlisted this place for buying home in Dallas/Fortworth area.
