Ok, this is hilarious. Get ready. So, I came in with a group of colleagues and ordered a $6 "mango madness" smoothie, which contained mangoes, bananas, and soy milk. I waited for ten minutes. By then, both of my colleagues had received their orders and were impatient for me to receive mine. Something seemed off. Workers kept wandering in and out of the back kitchen. I wondered if something was wrong, or if they had forgotten me. But I continued to wait patiently - as someone with retail and beverage service experience, I knew that sometimes things can get hectic behind the scenes. Finally, after around 15 minutes of waiting for a "MANGO madness" smoothie, I was given a suspiciously beige beverage. I took a sip and knew at once that I had been duped. There was nothing in that drink but bananas and soy milk. Now, as a carb-happy vegan, I was perfectly content to chug down a whole cup of pureed bananas and soy milk. (Even if I hadn't been, why make a fuss and wait another indefinite span of time for the mistake to be rectified?) However, it boggles my mind that, if the bakery was actually out of mangoes (as they must have been), they did not take the MANGO smoothie off the menu for the day, or inform me of their supply shortage after I ordered so that I would have the chance to order a different smoothie. The laziness and the total lack of concern that would compel them to instead blend up some bananas and soy milk and pass it off as a mango smoothie is both disappointing, and hilarious! I'd be a lot more upset if it had been on my own dime - but my department, fortunately, were the ones paying for that $6 ripoff. Thanks btw. I'm sure this place is usually fine if you're just looking for a quick afternoon coffee or sandwich or pastry. Nonetheless, this ridiculous incident should not be left unshared.

It's probably the best place to get breakfast food on campus. You can get custom orders and send orders online for pick up.

Great food, but assistants shout a lot and get upset if you don't understand they are calling you. Also, they have TERRIBLE hours.

I love their syrup and french toast. Their french toast is on really thick Texas toast. Its pretty expensive. Once I was in a rush and forgot to check my order and had to get back to work. When I got to work it wasn't the same bread. I called and they made me a fresh batch for me to pick up.

First of all, you're not really going to be able to access this restaurant unless your a student. There is no parking lot. The restaurant still exists because they are the most convenient option for b-school students to get coffee and lunch. The service seems to lose efficiency when the lines get long, which is basically between every class period. I've never been to another location of this chain, but I don't think the food is especially good. Lots of heavy, greasy items on the menu and salads leave much to be desired. Everything has a high variability of time to prepare, can take 5-30 minutes. Suggestions: Work on overall efficiency of coffee orders during the day, maybe this could be done by making one line coffee only and the other food only. Add some grab and go sandwiches, I bet this would alleviate some of the food orders and also attract people who previously didn't have the time to wait.
