  I recommend that if you make an appointment, that you make an alternate date too. You might wait weeks just to be told your appointment will not happen, the office will be closed, we can't book you for the next two weeks, and we only have a schedule a month out. I have a feeling that if I had been a regular, some strings might have been pulled...

  The entire staff is wonderful at Higginbotham Family Dental Habortown. Jennifer did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Higginbotham fixed the minor tooth pain I was having. Did I mention the massage chairs? Overall wonderful experience. I would recommend this place to anyone.

  The team at Higginbotham Dental (Harbor Town) is always very friendly and accommodating despite my crazy schedule. I have been there several times and never had a bad experience. I love the extended hours! Also, the office is very nice and clean. I feel like they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone.

  HFD was fantastic! The office was clean and had state of the art equipment. The staff members at the front desk were friendly and patient with my (many) questions about out-of-state insurance coverage. The other staff members, and the doctor himself, went out of their way to make me feel welcomed to the office. There are a variety of appointment times available for all kinds of schedules. I would definitely recommend HFD at Harbor Town to anyone looking for a dentist in Memphis!
