  I had a nerve racking experience when a metal object on the hwy bounced under my car causing damage to my engine. First I am very grateful to have run the object over vs it going through my window hitting my passenger or myself or anyone else for that matter! I called a close friend and he called the shop spoke to Adam who was kind enough to wait after hours for my car to be delivered to the shop. All of the employees, management and anyone I have encountered has been accommodating, informative and they have gone out their way to take care of my concerns addressing every aspect. I received my car back everything looked good, it runs great, however, before even pulling out the lot I turned my AC on and it was not working properly. Sam has been assisting me in getting this supplemented, however, my adjuster is not responding or doing anything he claimed he would do! Sam has been wonderful and still continues to assist. This review is nothing short and sweet because there is not enough space for me to write all the details on how above and beyond this shop has gone out its way to assist me. Thank you Hi-Tech I will gladly use your shop for all my car repairs and highly recommend you to anyone in need of car repairs! My insurance and the adjusters that's another story!

  I went to this garage after I had my accident and they were very kind and courteous and they even waived my deductible.

  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.. I took my car here on my lawyers recommendation. After waiting several weeks and after my rental accommodations were up they call us in to inspect the car. The car was never color sanded and the paint looked runny. There were also new dents in the areas there were supposed to be fixed.. I pointed this out to the owner and he told me to screw off..

  Best shop in town!!!! Most honest mechanic i have ever met the staff delivers quality service always and they never fail to amaze me with great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I have been bringing all my fam and friends here and they always do an extraordinary job. Also they are specialized in foreign cars!!!!
