  Fast, Good works and Friendly attitude: I got in Hi-Tech for the repair/ paint on the driver side of the door for my CRV. Danny got the work done in 1 day, which is very fast. He also gave good advice and take away for how to maintain the vehicle in good condition, have good care towards customers and their cars. Will recommend the service to friends in the future!

  Excellent service. Everyone was pleasant to talk to, it was easy to schedule an appointment, the work was done promptly, and the car looks better than it did when we left it.

  I would not recommend this body shop. They went back on their initial offer to pay half the deductible and essentially took advantage of an older lady over the phone by charging her a lot additionally for fixing some minor unrelated damage. They then did not even fix all the damage, claiming that they had to cut corners to keep the car from being economically totaled, even though the insurance company had included those repairs in their appraisal and had already paid them to do this work. Only after a heated argument were they willing to keep the car for another three days to complete the repair. Overall the repair was only marginally acceptable, with paint imperfections in some places and body panels fitting irregularly. It is an older car and does not matter that much, but it shows the attitude of this shop. Maybe they treat newer cars better, but I certainly would not take an older car there!

  Hands-down the best experience I've ever had at an auto body shop. Daniel worked with me to set realistic expectations for time frame and price and Hi-Tech exceeded those expectations by returning my car in a timely fashion with excellent quality of work. The customer service was awesome and my car was returned to me extremely clean.

  Working with Hi Tech was the best experience I've had with any auto body shop. They fit me into their schedule right away and although their first quote was better than other places, it was still a little too high for me to afford and they were willing to work with me on price, which was great. But most importantly, my car looked brand new when they were finished! I was very pleased with their work. They even vacuumed and washed it and gave me a complimentary bottle of touch up paint. I would definitely recommend taking your car to them!
