The ideal hostel for visiting Boston. We arrived in the early morning but they already had a room available for us. (Bath) rooms are very clean and the staff extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent location, close to South Station and Chinatown. Nice people, good amenities in the bedroom with 4 power outlets & a small light & 2 hangers & 1 huge locker / bed. Wifi is easy to connect to and reliable. Worth the money!

Great location. The staff was kind and available. They have free cookies at the front desk so that's a win. The common areas are full of space. There is a cinema room on the main floor with a nice fire place ( the best during Winter time). On the first floor there's the kitchen, some pool tables, a working room, some spots to chill and a TV area. There is also a library where you can take a book and give one in exchange if you want. The kitchen is big, functional and clean. They are cautious about sanitary issues (different cutting boards for meat, vegetables...). Breakfast was great as there is a variety of choices. The bedroom and the bathroom were nice too. A great and affordable place to stay for travelers.

I'm so excited I stayed here and I look forward to returning. Great atmosphere. Super helpful staff. Rooms well layed out. Bathrooms clean. Breakfast more than expected.

Showers are "eco" friendly in the style that feels to me like an ungenerous trickle. It just leads to longer, hotter, but still less satisfying showers for me. Might have been better for the environment to use taps that demonstrate sufficient water pressure. Breakfast is better than some hotel continental breakfasts. No mugs at night. Bowls of tea it is! Compost bin is not immediately next to the garbage and recycling. Could have better signage there. Stuck in a room of people who don't respond to "hello" or "good morning". Had more social interactions at most business hotels I've been to compared to here.
