  Rented through my company site. All went well till it was time to return vehicle. This branch says they close at 12pm on Saturday. At 12pm it is a ghost town with no drop box. Meaning they cut out a by early I’d assume. I had to scramble to find another drop off which ended up being at the airport. Luckily, I found John at the Newark Airport Hertz and he made the entire situation pain free and easy. This is what customer service is all about and going forward I will attempt to rent and recommend friends and coworkers to rent from Hohn and the good people at the Newark Airport Hertz rent a car. Thanks John for making a difficult situation better and for providing excellent customer service

  Everything went okay, stuff are good, I left my sunglasses in the car they took them, very disappointed...

  would prefer a pick up and drop that this location doesnt offer. Also since there's ever only 1 rep working at this location the cars may not be clean when you rent them.
