Took 15 minutes to get my car. Technically car was in same class as my reservation, but much different (smaller) than picture online. Overall, did not seem professional. But, I did get some sort of car eventually.

Very professional and courteous. Picked up the car from the body shop when I was don so I did not have hassle with dropping it of. I would have given 5 stars if they did a better job of cleaning the car. The inside of the windshield and back window had this haze on them that made it hard to see in the sun.

I was involved in a hit and run accident, and my car was undriveable. I was told by State Farm that they would get a Hertz car to pick me up right away since I was stranded. The wreck happened at 9:45 AM, it is now 12:56 PM and the only thing Hertz has been able to tell me is that I am on a waitlist and MAYBE I will get a car today. They never contacted me. I had to contact them multiple times. Not only am I having to pay for an uber home, I am losing hours at work. I am a student at night, and I have a test that I will probably have to pay an uber round trip $80 to get to if Hertz doesn't get a rental car to me today. I will probably have to pay out of pocket for a different rental for work/class tomorrow. Worst experience with a rental company ever. I can't believe State Farm has a partnership with this company.
