  I was very happy with the service received here at this location. I needed to rent a car as mine was hit in a parking lot. They arranged to have a driver pick me up at the car dealer and my car was ready for me. Everything was explained in detail. I had forgotten my EZPass tag and there was one in the car. The guys were very professional and explained info in detail. Very happy with the service received.

  Pick and drop off had been fast and easy. It's a two-month long term rental with collision insurance. First Car hit a pothole and was towed. I was offered with another car at white plains airport. Overall it works out fine but could have been better informed and communicated. Emergency roadside service is extra charge.

  Worst ever experience with renting vehicles. I placed resrvation in the afternoon and went to pick up in the evening, the representative informed that there are no vehicles available. Ideally a professional service would call and inform ahead that they are out of vehicles. Also their phone number doesn't work.

  Worst experience ever dealing with hertz for the first time, bad customer service and laid back. My car insurance made a reservation with hertz else where and the other place driver (hertz) took me here, the person who assisted me was told about the situation and about the car insurance that made the reservation. They wanted to charge me $234 from a Credit Card, my car insurance and hertz cane to and agreement but either way that didn't help Because my insurance spoke to someone else earlier in the day and the next person didn't know anything and still proceeded like if I came in regularly instead of finding out the situation. It was a back and forth phone calls etc. at the end my friend offered to use her Credit Card they didn't want to. If that then the car rental would have had to be under her name. My dad offer to help he was out of town they said no!!! They wanted the physical Card present, leaving my wife, friend and myself stuck out of no where a town that we not from. I asked them can they drive us to a train station they said there's no train around. I'm like you gotta be joking what car rental company is this? Total unprofessional, bad attitude ( like I don't give a f***). Very stressful situation
