  Don't expect good service and you won't be disappointed. No one to answer the phone. Sent from pillar to post and when we finally reached the correct destination only one person working with 10 people waiting. How this company is still in business is beyond me. Horrible experience.

  We waited for an hour to get the car which we already booked and paid in advance. Also the car we got was just dropped by a different customer so was not clean properly. The car overall condition was fine and drop-off was smooth as we used key drop box facility.

  This is absolutely the worst location by far!!!! Do NOT GO HERE!!! First of all the staff are all incompetent especially the one little boy we dealt with !!! And on top of making us wait for hours.. they said they had no cars available and after we took a cab to their location, he asked us if we can come the next day !! My friend if I needed the car tomorrow I would have come tomorrow !! Moron!! Ok how about after I drop the car off and leave the keys as they insteucted me to.. they charge me $35 a day for the past week and a half!! I’m currently away on vacation.. it’s not the case, but what if I needed that money as I am I’m another country ?? What if I did need it? Are you ready for the best part ? I called twice and complained .. they apologized .. and it’s still happening. They are all incompetent. From the back of the house to the front. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT COME TO THIS GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL LOCATION OR ENEM COMPAPY !!

  Clean car at a good price. Wish rental car companies would keep more compact cars in stock and add hybrids - infinitely prefer saving gas money and emissions and having easier parking than a free upgrade. If you're dropping off after hours at 530 Collins Ave, be aware the parking garage entrance is on Collins Ct behind the building, level 5 is on the roof, level 4 drop-off box is near elevators, and you'll need to creatively adhere your keys and receipt form (no envelopes available, but saves paper).
