  No cars,rented a car and battery died.had to wait almost 2 hrs for AAA.horrible

  We had car reservation which it ended up ruining our plans because the lady was rude and not helpful never going to that place again and unorganized

  This Hertz branch is atrocious. Horrible customer service. They never answer the phones during hours of operation. They do not keep the cars inspected and up to date with registration. They also do not know how to effectively communicate with their customers. Having a rental from them caused me more of a headache than it being a convenience.
