  Little confusion about where to return the car. Don't navigate to the front of Union Station, where Google wants you to go because you'll be stuck in taxi/Uber traffic. The drop-off is actually in the parking garage area located off of H street.

  Easy to return once in the garage not as easy to find the right entrance

  Hertz was fantastic at getting me out of DC when my flight was cancelled due to the nor'easter. When my flight was cancelled at another airport the next morning they were fantastic about letting me change my drop off at a new location last minute.
