  Easy enough to get to, good deal on the car. Quick service. No issues. The car itself was a little disappointing but it did the job. One thing to be wary of, this location is on quite a sharp incline /hill, and is covered with parallel parked cars so leaving and entering can be awkward, be careful.

  Terrible customer service, the gentleman was rude and offered no type of help we had to call customer service in front of him in order to get anything done. He was real arrogant and condescending. Hertz just lost a customer.

  worst experience ever the manager is a piece of work and his employee is just as nasty not the girl, which actually helped me days after. The Caucasian guy,they lack professionalism in there field of work and truthfully I will never rent a vehicle from hertz again I will not accept being talked down to. Or in any condescending manner I could never spend my hard earned money in a company that employs individuals like these two. It says a lot about there moral values as a whole corporation. Hertz management if your reading you’ve lost a costumer thanks to your arrogant and disrespectful employees. Btw if I could give you less then a star I would.

  Беру машину в Нью-йорке только здесь. Напротив есть АЗС с самым дешевым бензином в городе, удобно заправить полный бак перед сдачей машины. Вежливый и шустрый персонал

  It is hard to beat the location and the guys working the place. They turn around cars quickly and are just about always nice. Dealing with with crazy people at the counter is a specialty of this place. A big plus is the insurance is much cheaper in NYC than Fort Lee making this a better place to rent a car. 9.99 NYC vs 29.99 Fort Lee.
