  Julie was awesome in helping me get a car when I was having a difficult time renting due to a lost wallet the day before. Went to 7 different companies (three of which I have elite status with) and no one would take the time to figure out a way I could rent a car except Julie. Highly recommend !

  I wish the person I talked to when I reserved the vehicle was working when I picked it up. She was helpful while the person who waited on me was cold and robotic.
