  Have a prepaid reservation at this location, which is a dump to begin with. Got to the location, waited inside for someone to come in for 20 minutes. No-one did! Called customer service explained they situation, they put me on hold for another 20. Hang up call again. Now they say somebody will be here in another 20! Try to call another nearby location, on Sheffield they have no cars available! Another customer walks in work another reservation, he walked away because he had to go to work in an hour. Couldn't wait. away. I really thought hertz had their ady together but guess I was wrong!

  The people who work their are disrespectful and rude. Hertz is the worst. Don’t rent from them here or anywhere else.

  The car was very dirty, and Richard said I could either take it like that or wait for it to be cleaned (I was already late so I had to accept it as it was). Then he made me pay the fuel in advance telling me that if I would bring the car back with fuel he would reimbourse me the money. He never did. I called him several times, he always said he was sorry and that e would give me my money back. Then the last time he pretended he never said he would reimbourse me. When I confronted him, he admitted that he lied and he was never going to give me my money back.

  This place was surrounded by construction when I visited and the office was located off the side a little bit in a mobile office 'trailer'. The guy working there was super nice and helpful and when I returned over 4 hours late, he didn't mark it late which saved me big time. I would totally come back here and plan to very soon.
