::This is a trap, or better "technique" of Hertz how to atract people that the car rental in right at Union station - which is not. There is no Herz at Union station as we were told at information desk at the Union station. The guy at information centre told as that he gets couple of people like us daily asking where is Hertz rental. The closest Hertz rental is 12 blocks from Union station. So although you have on your reservation addres of Union station the rental is actually 12 block away, which is not a nice surprise when you get there after couple of hours of your flight. I hope google maps will delet this fake place.

::Wasn’t impressed. Was in town last Sunday. My flight got delayed; information that Hertz had because I provided it in my reservation. They never gave me a courtesy call or anything. When I arrived at Union Station, I tried to find its downtown but to no avail. I called their number to only be informed that they closed at noon, but there website said they closed at 2 pm. The next day I called at 8 am and was informed that there was no location at Wynkoop Street and that the earliest time for a pick up was at 11 am at a different location even though I had a reservation for the previous day. They were so unhelpful and seemed indifferent. I got off the phone and made an online reservation at Enterprise on Broadway Street and picked up a car there within 30 minutes.
