  Great place to rent car. Friendly staff, clean cars. They even arranged car service to bring me to their rental location. Can't say enough about the service. Lucas and Antonio shine bright.

  Made a reservation weeks in advance and confirmed the day before by phone. Came an hour late for pickup, and the car was gone. Totally unfriendly, unhelpful individual at the desk. He had the nerve to lecture me about what a reservation is. Will never return. Recommend you skip this place. Use Enterprise across the street. They are personable and accommodating.

  Just be weary of their up-selling tactics for their car rental insurance, or other optional services. The district manager was not completely transparent about all of their rental insurance plans, ranging from the cheapest to the most expensive, and the fact that it is OPTIONAL. My inexperience couldn’t catch it in time, and I ended up buying something I did not need. I went to a different Hertz and the manager there explicitly told me that it was optional from the get-go and spoke to me like a person, not a transaction. Anyways, just check your coverage beforehand so you won’t feel pressured to buy their—frankly—over-priced packages :)

  Excellent staff very helpful and knowledgeable . Jack is great !!! Always go above and beyond the call of duty . I was once a rewards member for enterprise NOT ANYMORE I GAVE THAT UP . HERTZ IN TEANECK IS THE BEST I TRAVEL FROM HARLEM NYC JUST TO RENT FROM THEM .
