::I arrived here to get a rental. Ended up getting a car that the tire light came on. Oil service light and low on coolant. And a flat tire on the road with my 2 kids. In the car. Then when I called road assistance was told they will charge me to come and fix. It when I had full coverage. And the customer service rep stated I should keep driving for 3 more hours on my trip with the spair tire with my kids. It should be okay?!! Really?? I don't know about anyone but common sense it's a spare tire. Not meant for driving long distance. When I came back to different location to return it and get a different car because. They said I wasn't even suppose to get that vehicle in the first place because of safety issues. All the problems that was wrong with it. Endangered all of us. So decide for yourself. If this is what you want next time you go to hertz..

::Car had rust spots on the roof, broken dials on the display and rotors were so bad that the car was shaking on my way home. When I asked the attendant about the broken display he said " I don't know what those buttons do and don't care". Then turned around and walked away as I was still talking with him. On my return I tried to tell him about problems with the car as at times it wouldn't go faster then 40mph (slower then the speed limit) and the bad rotors. He actually didn't even check me in. As I was talking he got in a car smiled wave and drove off. I tried calling customer service about the incident and the lady just says their is nothing she can do as it is up to that location. Glad to know that Hertz doesn't care about the quality of their cars or representatives. I WONT be back.
