  I can highly recommend this location. The staff has been very helpful and courteous and the car rental was done very smoothly. They also went out of their way to assist me to get to the train station.

  This was exactly my experience, so I am reposting Dan S. review...I've experienced numerous service failures here and will no longer use this location. This office is either managed by hung over teenagers - or not managed at all. Typical issues:filthy cars, office opens late, understaffed. I recommend the Enterprise location down the street as they are far more professional.
