  Very poor customer service. I got a rental because my car needed to be fixed after some damages made to it. Hertz don’t do their part to follow up with insurance to make sure they get paid instead they charge the customers account then they reimburse you the wrong amount. They cheat you for money. You have like 5 different ppl calling you and none write notes in the system so that the other person can be up to date. Worst rental ever. I wouldn’t recommend

  Unpredictable wait time, mostly delays. Friendly staff, but nothing beats efficiency.

  Отличное соотношение цена / качество, адекватное место расположения (не надо ехать в аэропорт, чтобы взять авто, и не надо возиться с ним на тесном Манхэттене).
