  My first time here, I went through a three part process to get in the door: ID check, hand held metal detector, rigorous pat down--they found my pocket knife and confiscated it. The individuals that lerformed this were not dressed professionally and were very grumpy. The floors, booth, table, bar, and restroom door/handle were all sticky. The music was ridiculously loud, to the point I had to lean across the table and shout to carry a conversation--left there with a sore throat--and I had to do the same with the bartender to place my order. The bartender was not familiar with their product on tap, and don't know what the Sam Adams Cold Snap was, despite it being prominentmy displayed in the bar where she works. I stepped outside to put something in my car, which was across the street, and came back within 45 seconds. They told me I had to go through the metal detector, pat down, and ID check again. A waitress visited my booth with shots, when asked what they were, she admitted to not knowing what all was in them. The music, lighting, and overall atmosphere was that of a nightclub, not a bar. The staff was grumpy, uninformed, and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

  Horrible experience this morning ...went in at 11 am for the good Bloody Mary's like we've had in the past with the bacon, pickle, chips and big olives. Well they are history!! Bartender was at least 15 minutes late. Owner was sitting on his behind on the phone not doing anything to help out. Bartender was not in a good mood and Bloody Mary's were just so so. Not going back as we had a big group who were really upset and canceled there orders. They won't be open long with this kind of service. The waitress did apologize and did the best that she could.

  Good staff, standard food, fun atmosphere. Not a bad stop on the weekend bar hop through Old Town.

  The worst place ever with no good beer. Our waitress did not know anything about the beers they offered. We ordered the WBC seasonal IPA and she brought a wheat beer. We ordered chips and cheese and the cheese was cold, we told the waitress and she brought more cold cheese that tasted terrible. She forgot to bring our drinks out twice. Terrible service, terrible waitress, awful food. Don't waste your energy, find a better place to watch the game.

  We recently relocated from Missouri to Wichita. Our friends from Missouri came to visit so we thought we would take them to lunch at Heroes. BIG mistake 😩. There were no other customers there when we walked in...that should have been our first sign. Our waitress was clearly training someone so I thought...this will be good service..,wrong. We got our water right away, but we ordered drinks, and it took 15 minutes to get those. During that time, the wait staff was in and out of the kitchen along with the bartender while we are waiting for our drinks. The food arrived and was good, but we did ask for extra napkins and never got them. We finished our meal and by then another table came in. We asked for the check and that took an additional 15 minutes. We finally got our ticket, I paid cash so that took an additional 15 minutes to get change, and keep in mind that this girl was training someone. Not sure we will be going back anytime soon.
