  Had to wait for 2 different women to see scarves. Neither knew anything about scarves, nor Kermit Oliver (whose scarf I bought last time I was in Hawaii) nor was the one who showed me some knowledgeable (or even seemed to care) about what I was looking for. It's like they'd never even looked at scarves. Neither congenial nor helpful. They need to be trained.

  I phoned this Hermes location to find out whether they had a size I needed before making a trip to their store. I was informed it was against this store's policy to give out any type of information over the phone. I had phoned the Waikiki location and they gladly gave me the information I needed. I was asking for a "size" not the "price". If they work on commission I am glad I gave it to the Waikiki location. The Ala Moana store lacks customer service. This is also true for Louis Vuitton. You will find the Ala Moana stores are in dire need of customer service versus the Waikiki stores which are accommodating and friendlier.
