  It's a dump, I just go there to eat my lunch because it is close to my work. Homeless people and rats share the place.

  Flat Iron Cafe right across the street with free transport to Indians, Cavs, Browns games, Can't beat that

  Nighttime is the right time. The lights and the bridge are so pretty (when lit). Watch out for the stray thugs, though!

  It's a small park, but the view is beautiful. A nice place to relax or eat lunch.
