  BEST SERVICE EVER! the staff is super friendly makes you feel like family to them because they care about your personal preferences and not just to sell you something. the guy who helped me was so nice and knowledgable about the products. this is definitely my favorite place to take care of myself!

  I just so happen to see this location the other day as I was taking care of some other business. I had an appointment at another place for an exam and decided to cancel and try this one since it was close to home basically 5 minutes away. After seeing the last review, I decided to go ahead and drive to Roseville and just use Henry Ford and get the better service...glad I checked out the reviews first...

  Not sure their eye-exams are up to professional standards. I took a student there to get glasses, because I wanted to use a Detroit business and it was near our school. I was SHOCKED at how quickly the eye exam was done. I myself have worn glasses all my life and am used to the exam taking at least 20 to 40 minutes depending on what tests they do: the switching back and forth between test lenses to see which one is better. This exam seemed to barely take 10 minutes. I told myself that perhaps the technology had changed and they could now do it quicker; but had a bad feeling. Today I took myself out to Birmingham for an exam -- it took the expected time, about a half an hour. The fact that the boy said it was "weird" walking with the glasses and the fact that he does not regularly even wear them makes me think he did not get a good prescription. Buyer beware. I would not recommend this place.
