  I read these reviews and thought "how bad could a dry cleaner be?" First time I dropped off some (fairly expensive) sweaters, they managed to damage one of them. Don't go here. Ever.

  Okay, but somewhat spotty service. Replaced buttons on a shirt without asking in the wrong place. Pricing is good, and I kind of like them, but not sure it justifies the quirkiness of this location

  The worst dry cleaning. They don't know how to handle it and they claim that they close at 6:30 but they close way before that.

  I've used Heritage a few times and they're done satisfactory work. If you're here looking for their hours, they close at 6:30pm on Wednesday, so I assume that's the normal closing time on weekdays. Mornings are definitely the best time to drop off and pick up because West End gets congested.
