::I've lived here for two years and I love it. I have not had any problems. I work in property management myself and I know work orders may not always be done promptly but I am very patient and don't stress over it unless it's an urgent w/o that needs to be completed. The pool was closed on Easter as they forgot to take off the chains the day prior and I was throwing a pool party and called the emergency maintenance line and they came within 3 mins.

::The apartment is okay. I give it a 1 star for the roaches and they don't do nothing about it!! They came 3 times to spray and we STILL HAVE THEM!!! Don't waist your money at this apartment!!! Update: STAY AWAY we got our dirt bike stolen from our garage!! I can't wait to move out!! I though this place was safe until this happen!! Please stay away this place is not worth 1,360 a month!! We can't wait to move out!! They also don't have no security like they say they do. I've never seen the security guy around!!! Please find a safer places for you and your family!!! Another update while the manager was able to give us money for my son dirt bike that got stolen. While today someone opened our garage during the day SMH. Me and my husband are moving out asap!! This place is ridiculous!! Stay away please!!!

::The leasiing staff are great. Unfortunately as a disabled veteran I have a hard time finding handicap parking because all the other tenants that are not handicap park in the spaces marked Handicap with blatant disregard. I have mentioned this a few times with no change. The card they gave me to use for the tow company to remove these vehicles refused to do anything because I was not management got to love getting the run around as a handicapped individual! If I could break my lease I would!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!!!!

::I have to be fair in saying that we love the pools and parks for the kids here. We like the friendly neighbors and proximity to shops/restaurants. Overall, I feel safe and love bring able to takes my kids out to play.That's why I can't rate it lower. All that being said, we are moving OUT next month! NOT RENEWING!!! The ROACHES are awful, EVERYWHERE, IN YOUR FOOD. I can't stand it anymore.The management is rude, speaks to residents as if they are a bother and idiots. They do not respond to maintenance issues. The alarms went off the other day at 5 am, no response, not even an apology or explanation email even though we were all out genuinely worried. The grounds are beautiful, but the units are overpriced considering all those issues.

::I placed a work order for the microwave on Sunday and called the leasing office folks twice, to expedited it. Come Wednesday and still no one showed up. Had my daughter’s birthday party and lot of people were coming and it would have been impossible to serve the guests without warming up the food. It doesn’t really matter to these folks as long as the rent is paid on time. They have their own set of rules which are above and beyond basic courtesy or humanity !!!! I know I can write a small book on these things. I would have preferred 0 stars. But thanks to google for saving these people.
