Going out of business sale. Great store that will be missed.

Sadly, Herbergers is going out of business. They were one of the classiest stores around. You could find all of the nicer designer brands there and still had sales that made those items affordable for the average person. This last visit, the store had already been taken over by liquidators. It was empty-looking compared to before and there few salespeople left...although still helpful. We will miss you, Herbergers.

Going out of business! Only 10 percent off, no coupons. So more expensive than normal and why ho and shop.

As always, I had a terrible experience here. Today I was in-store and I was looking for luggage and no one was in the department. I was finally able to find some help and I had picked a luggage. I get to the register they told me one price and I was ready to buy it as was. The associate starts unzipping my luggage cause he was curious and starts taking pieces out telling me that they aren't apart of the set and won't sell it to me as it was on the floor. Takes a while to get a manager the manager was no help all while the associate was speaking to me as if I 4 years old. I hate this Herberger's because of the terrible service I constantly get! I would suggest Macy's down the hall from them otherwise head to Herberger's in the Midway if you don't mind the drive.

The store was great; large selection and clean store, but one single cashier was absolutely horrible. Couldn't believe the unprofessionalism and sheer lack of respect for customers, not just on one occasion, but two nights in a row. The things this woman was saying about previous customers . . . in front of other customers, and the snide remarks she made directly aimed at my mom and I. We'll drive the extra distance to avoid her. I don't know how some people can keep their jobs with such toxic customer service skills.
