  This hair is extremely overpriced and poor quality. For anyone that has done enough research on virgin hair, you would know immediately that this is processed Chinese hair by the look of it. The curl patterns were not natural and the bundles smelled of chemicals/corn chips. Like a fool, I was charged $230 for two 12 INCH bundles!! I feel like an idiot for even admitting this. I needed the hair desperately for an event b/c i waited too long to order offline but that is insane, especially for the lackluster quality. I am posting this publicly to prevent any other young women of even stepping foot in the door. This is crooked business, please do not even waste your time. Its unfortunate that money that could be put back into black business will not be due to poor business practice and lack of ethics.

  I’ve been using Her Imports for the last two years and I love the customer service and most importantly the hair. It’s great quality and long lasting! I haven’t used any other hair company since. Love you guys!

  The location was difficult to find and security was not helpful at all, telling me and another lady that the ladies at Her Imports weren’t there. I called them directly and she came down and escorted me up. She was super nice and professional. The hair was great, soft and very minimal shedding. When I washed it, it did still have a little smell to it but not unbearable. I’m still impress with the lack of shedding. I would definitely recommend Her Imports Philadelphia to anyone looking for quality hair.

  I love purchasing hair from Her Imports in Philadelphia. Not only are the ladies professional, but they actually take time out and explain the different textures about the hair.. I've purchased the hair several times from there, and their accessories in which I never had a problem with anything. I've recommended my friends, and my hair dresser has sent many of people all who never had a problem with the hair, and loved it compared to other hair places. Hair Import Ladies in Philly, thanks soo much for all you do. You are definitely appreciated.
