  HORRIBLE! Typical civil service workers as NO ONE ever picks up the phone. Said my wait time was "less than one minute" however I've been on hold now for 21 minutes!!!! I imagine one would need to go in person to have a simple question answered however, since I have a full time job, I would need to take a vacation day?!? Totally absurd and completely unforgivable!!! All the taxes we pay on Long Island and especially living in the ToH, we practically receive little to no services for our tax dollars. I would give NO stars but that's not an option. TOTAL FAIL!!!!!

  They don't answer their phone very much and when they do, they sound uninterested and annoyed!

  I had to call on an illegal apartment in lovely Nassau county,I am from another county,well first of all these Nassau county guidelines SUCK!! The people that answer your phones are rude and have no personality,another thing is they transfer calls,they say to call an extension,and then they bounce u around and then say oh he or she is out of the building,can I take a message? This person informed me that the person that I needed to speak with was not there on Monday's and he is only in the office from 9-10:30 and then they never get back to u!! Well I am sorry that you people hate your jobs and usually work 8am-4pm!! Also a tip if your going to work in a office,maybe you should take classes on how to answer the phones and ques tions that people have!!! Angelo if you don’t like doing your job and you enjoy being rude to people and not getting back to them after several messages!!! Maybe it’s time that you quit your job or better yet find a place where you can work by yourself,being that you have no people skills!!! I am sure that if you needed help regarding a situation for yourself or your family that you wouldn’t want people rudely!!!!!!

  Make sure you do your research before you come here because the employees have no idea what they're doing. Also bring some time to waste and lots of patience because it will be a while before you get what you're looking for. Worst days ever have been spent at this place.
