  We went in to inquire about upgrading our wedding bands and this location proved to be a shining example of excellent customer service! Darleen and Marina treated us like we were buying the whole store despite us having a rather modest budget. Their persistence was essential in helping to clear inaccuracies on our credit report in order to obtain more than adequate financing for our selections. All this in one visit! I was given a full purchase price credit for the wedding set I purchased over 12 years ago for my wife and now she has her stunning forever ring! The diamond earrings she wants for Christmas have already been selected so needless to say, we will continue to use this location for all our jewelry purchases!

  I would like to give the North Star store 0 stars if I could. I purchased a pair of hinged earrings at another location. Unfortunately, the hinge on one of the earrings was damaged and this store is the only location in San Antonio that had another pair. When I asked to exchange the earrings the manager refused and rudely told me, "That's not the way it works. If I exchange them for you then I will have a damaged pair." I was shocked that Helzberg would not stand behind their merchandise. Helzberg has always provided my family with excellent customer service. In fact, I am a third generation Helzberg customer but I will never set foot in a Helzberg store again. I will gladly to take my business to another jeweler that will appreciate my business. Stay far, far away from this company.

  I went in yesterday as I had a problem with the ring I purchased. They were extremely nice and let me exchange it for something that worked for me. Thank You to all the ladies there including Darla, Marina and the young lady who helped me.

  Store is under new management and the lady who helped us was absolutely wonderful! We were sent to her store after another mall didn't have anyone on duty to size my ring. Annaleise found my information in the computer, got our right sizes, and sent us our ring within 3 days. We are from out of town and she made us feel very welcomed. Thank you helzberg diamonds!

  I highly recommend this location! I did have a mix up with a new employee but it was made up twice over by the store manager. They were deeply apologetic and did everything in their power to make me happy. I worked with Marina (who gave me her personal number and text back right away with responses to my questions regarding my purchase) and Elizabeth who took her time to help me and make sure my purchase was perfect. They didn't just want my business, they truly wanted me to be happy and love my ring. They beyond met my expectations and I will def be back for my next purchase.
