  I don't know why the reviews for Helzberg are so low!!! I have been a customer at the Park Place Helzberg for at least 15 years. When it was time to upgrade my wedding set, Flor was so helpful. My dream rings were not in stock. The store had them delivered the next day for me to look at. My Husband bought them right there, once I basically screeched when I tried them on. My rings were sized and presented to me within 48 hours. I had my rings independently valued, the diamonds are excellent. I love this place. Highly recommend.

  Was going to purchase a ring at this store, but after picking a ring and going to the counter to pay for it, the sales person who was ringing up my sale started talking to another customer, so i waited and waited. I wound up walking away. This store will not value your time.

  I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Nikki and Debbie at the Helzberg on Broadway. Through choosing my wedding band to having it made in platinum instead of white gold- they have been so incredibly helpful. A wedding band is obviously the most important to person wearing it, but Debbie took a personal interest in helping us and it showed. My fiancé and I call her 'our jeweler', and I can't imagine buying from anyone else. Thanks so much, ladies! You two are assets to Helzberg, indeed!!

  To say this store is incompetent would be an understatement. We purchased our rings here and needed to send them to the repair shop for loose stones immediately. We live about 2 hours away so they offered to mail them to us and assured we would need to sign for the rings. To our surprize, the large box with our rings in it was left infront of our house in a busy neighborhood. TWICE. We later went an additional hour north to the other Tucson store and had NO issues whatsoever with cleaning. We recently had to send my husband's ring to the repair shop because after 3 months of having it, the tungsten was showing severe signs of wear and a was totally different color. 3 weeks later, we still do not have our ring, they don't know when the ring will be finished, let alone arrive. When we asked if it would be mailed with a required signature the manager expressed that "she just didn't know if they could do that." Needless to say, we will be removing our warranty and doing business elsewhere. HUGE dissapointment.
