  My husband purchased a diamond pendant and separate ring mount for a custom piece. The staff at the Pentagon Mall Helzberg Jeweler's store were very helpful in this process. The in house jeweler, Sonny, did a beautiful job on the ring. We are very pleased with the customer service and our custom ring. Thank you!

  I been a customer at Halzberg diamonds in Pentagon City mall for over 6 years now, I spend thousands of dollars in the same store, but this is not important at all, there is no customer service at this place and management is joke. I bought my Movado watch less than 2 years ago, battery stop working after one year, I took watch back to the store and they offer me to change a battery “under the table” because I couldn’t afford to pay regular price, so I pay half for them to change it. Probably they did something else because the watch didn’t work again, so I went back, and they told me they will send watch to Movado and called me after to tell me that I must pay $250 for a battery!! I went beck to the store and talk with General manager (older guy) who promised me that he will take care of it because $450 watch must have a fabric warranty 3 year or something. This is all happened in period of 5 mounts! Today I got a call from lady telling me that watch is back, they did not respire anything and that they can’t do nothing about it!!! Poor service, I know one thing, that I will never buy anything ever I Halzberg Diamond store. Very disappointed I spend so much money here and this is what I get in return!

  Have you ever regretted making a purchase at a store and hate every experience afterwards? That's me at this store. It started with the hassle of having my wife's wedding rings cleaned under a plan I purchased with the initial visit there. You have to have the handwritten inspection card in order to have your jewelry cleaned. If you don't, the haggling is unreal. We have learned our lesson to make sure we have the card on hand when we go to minimize the agony. The salespeople are like the aggressive, desperate ones at a car lot. If you show no interest in buying something new, you're like a waste of their time. Too bad it's a lifetime coverage period for cleanings. Hopefully, it will get better one day. At a minimum, I wish they'd move to electronic record-keeping. After 6 years, they haven't lost our rings so that's a plus.for them. The only reason I go back is because I have to take advantage of the warranty.

  Yasmin is wonderful. So is the jeweler I wish I knew his name. Sorry! They saved the day when I came to get my ring sized. Super Friendly and helpful!
