  Called in to check on current inventory. To my surprise, Joshua, the owner, answered the phone. He needed to check with their supplier and told me he'd give me a call back. Within five minutes, I get a call and an answer. I asked why he was answering phones. He told me there were some employees out to illness, but he loved the opportunity to get back into the day-to-day operations. You want to give your money to a company like this. I'm a Helm customer for life.

  Every experience I've had with Helm has been on point. They seem to only hire extremely helpful, genuinely down to earth, and chill folks. The Wilsons are my favorite pair of boots. I've also bought socks, laces and a couple shirts from them. My only problem with Helm is I have to force myself not to wear their stuff everyday and cycle through some of my other shoes to give my Wilsons a break. Truly a tough life.

  Best boots I have ever had....now have three pairs that are nicely worn in from 3 years ago and they keep getting better. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are some of the nicest people in Austin! Thanks Helm crew!

  I own three pairs of Helms. Each boot tells a story of craftsmanship. They are distinctive and quality made. These are the boots I will wear and a company I will continue to support my whole life.
