  I’ve been going here for about three years now. THE absolute best place to get a tattoo/piercing. The customer service is extraordinary and it’s extremely honest. There is NO sugar coating in this business here. Everything is spot-on, prices are better than fair, the work ethic is strong, and the artists are legit and extremely likable. Likable too a point it feels like more than just a tattoo shop but more. I’ve had three tattoos done by artist “Red”, with YEARS of experience. Each and everytime, he’s been honest and told me what I needed to hear and know, and not what I wanted to hear and know. This is expertly done for his best kind of work and for my best kind of tattoo. Each and every time, it’s been nothing but excellence, and to this day I go nowhere else. I DEFINITELY recommend this place.

  Worst customer service I have experienced and I am in the hospitality business. I walked in to Hell's Kitchen Tattoo last week as a walk in hoping to get my ear lobes pierced. I called before I came to see how much it would be. They said it would be $35 with the jewelry included if using a needle or $20 with a gun. I thought that was a great price. When I came in, I was not greeted and I believe his name is Red as per their website did not even look at me. I told him I wanted to get my ear lobes pierced and he mumbled something to me. I said I'm sorry? With an attitude he repeated himself more clearly asking me If I got them pierced before to which I replied yes. He then threw the paper I had to sign towards me. I asked again to make sure the jewelry was included but he then said it was not. Because of the rude and unprofessional service I felt uncomfortable and did not trust him in piercing my ears so I left.

  I got my septum pierced here (it took two separate piercings as he messed it up the first time and it was much more painful then I expected) and i left thinking it was a little crooked but that it would heal straight (as that’s what I was told). Looked in the mirror a bit later and saw the right side was pierced much higher and back (almost to the cartilage??) while the other side was much closer to the front. Overall terribly uneven and badly done. They didn’t even anwser my questions initially, as it was my first time getting a piercing, and when I left there was no mention of how unevenly it had been done. Spent 50$ to get a crooked piercing that I’m going to have to let reheal and get repierced elsewhere..

  friendly staff. i loved the work and am very satisfied with my tattoo. SHOUT OUT TO ED. Came from North Carolina to visit left satisfied. beautiful city great tattoo shop will recommend to my locals in my city that visit often.

  I’m on holiday here and I went in today nervous about a very sentimental (and first) tattoo. Vincent spoke to me and I was assured I was in good hands for a very meaningful tattoo. I would just like to say thank you to Vincent for doing an amazing job, I’m absolutely stoked with the job he did. Not only this, that sanitation of the parlour was extremely impressive and he took extra precaution with everything he did. Thank you again Vincent.
