  Hella dirty. Lots of waiting around. No lotion after the leg wax, just some itchy oil. A kid came in askin for money lol. But mostly it was so unsanitary. I'm legally blind and I could see dirt and grime evvvvvverywhere.

  They are rude and unprofessional. It’s shame that there are so many limited options on 231st. They should treat customers better. Inside is horrendous and filthy with leaky faucets and unclean areas. Highly disappointed.

  The nail technicians r kind. The prices r reasonable nd sometimes they wrk with u nd lower the price lol The nails looked gd, they did a great job nd they have a really good collection of nail polish colors to choose from. The space is pretty small tho. The only thing I didnt like was that wen it was time for my cousin to remove the nail tips, instead of dipping her nails in a solution so the acrylic can get thin, they simply grab another nail nd stuck it in the corner of my cousins nd started yanking up the nail tip. It was painful so I was like wth kinda technique is this??!! After I said something she grabbed a deep glass dish, filled it up with a solution nd dipped my cousins hand in it nd then proceeded to file the fake nail off the top. If I wouldntve said nething she woulda kept yanking nails smh lol thats the only incident Ive had there nd they rectified it as soon as I spoke up, other than that they're ok

  This nail shop is very rude and prejudice, I used to be a customer of theirs for their good pricing but one day I asked only for a manicure and NOT pedicure. The owner tried to haggle me and said she would lower the price if I got a pedicure, but I honestly didn’t need it- so I passed. I guess this offended the owner. Ever since then, everytime I show up she either tells me they are closed or have more then an hour wait time. I have witnessed her and her daughter refused service to people of color mulitple times,its very disgusting to witness.

  Discrimination at it's best. I ask how much a manicure/pedicure is and you tell me $35. I sit in the chair, you tell me $40 because I'm a man because I want polish and it's hard work? Tried to tell her it's against the law. Oh well - BBB, here I come!
