  My dad's things weren't fully cleaned here. Wouldn't recommend.

  Overall this cleaner is nice when the actual owners are at the front desk and taking your dry cleaning, but the workers arw very rude and lazy. I dropped it off dry cleaning worth of $45 on Saturday October 31st, 2015. I realized I may have lost my headphones for in one of the jacket pocket. I went in at 8am Monday morning November 2nd, 2015 to ask if they can please check my jacket if I left my headphones. It was very important, because I needed the headphones to study using my audio book for my upcoming exam. THE WORKER/EMPLOYEE DID NOT EVEN TRY TO LOOK FOR MY JACKET. HE WAS CASUALLY DRINKING THE COFFEE AND SAID "SORRY I CAN'T NOW, ITS ALL MIXED IN THERE." I ASKED VERY POLITE "CAN YOU PLEASE CHECK IF YOU CAN JUST FIND IT." He totally ignored me, and tried his best to dismiss me, although I have been coming here for one and half year. That is the level or service you can get from the Heights Cleaners.
