  The front door security was really rude and didn’t let me in because my lisence had a different address than my current were extremely disrespectful.

  First, nowhere on their site is it stated that they're cash only at the door but don't worry theres an ATM right by the door that charges $3.50 to use. Wanna guess who owns it? Not a whole lot of room for their drag shows and most can barely mouth the words to the songs they're supposed to be performing. Last bit, staffers are rude, forcing their ways through the crowd with no apologies and only rude retorts when patrons say anything. Really just better served going elsewhere.

  If you ask for water you will he refused and offered a bottle water at $3.50. If you ask for tap water they will not give it to you as their bartenders will get in trouble for doing so. This business practice is evil and needs attention. Management, change your policy. This is rude.

  This place is garbage. Atmosphere is so stale. The lack of dress code is pathetic. The dance floor is awful. Bodyguards are hilariously bad, the bartenders are incompetent. SA is a bar town, this "club" illuminates that brightly.

  Cost toooooo much for bad drink specials and rude DJ. WAS TOLD THAT THERE ARE NOOOOO REQUESTS. BUT SONGS SUCKED..NO ONE..NO ONE DANCED. I don't think minorities are welcomed here. In San Antonio of all places. DEAD!! CAN SOMEONE OPEN ANOTHER 18 AND UP LGBT SPOT. DON'T GO TO HEAT!!! I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Others are lying..no one looked like they were having a good time..only drinking..of course..once you pay..you might as well stay!! You would think if no one dances you would take requests...STUPID!!!!
