  From start to finish everyone in the office was very friendly,very knowledgeable,and genuine. I would recommend Heart & Vascular Center of Arizona to anyone in the valley looking for top notch cardiovascular care.

  My mom has been in A-Fib for quite awhile! On 4/6/16 Dr. Rebecca Allison shocked her heart and now today she is doing very well! Thank you Dr. Allison for taking excellent care for our mom Shirley W.

  I went to see a Dr. Brodsky at Heart & Vascular Center for a check up. It took me 3 hours to see the doctor. 1 hour and 20 minutes to get into a room, and another 1 hour and 40 minutes after my blood pressure was taken for the doctor to finally see me in the room I was waiting at. When asked, everybody claims that there are not enough rooms for doctors therefore they're waiting to use the room. I can't quite buy it considering I was waiting in one of those rooms for almost 2 hours. 2nd time I went there for tests, I got radioactive isotope through IV (Which apparently I didn't need) for stress test. For my 3rd visit to learn about my results, I waited 40 minutes in the waiting room, and another hour in the small patient room for the doctor to see me and say everything was OK. Again they used the excuse for the room. These are fantastic doctors, rated some of the best in the valley. Nothing wrong with that, but poor business practices of theirs is unacceptable. You should not LIE saying you don't have enough rooms and that's the reason the doctors are not seeing you (while I was waiting in a room). Even if that fact was true, for God's sake, for all the years you've been in business, you still can not schedule people efficiently? Giving 2 stars only because of the doctors. The crew is also always smiling and nice but hours of waiting is simply unacceptable!!!
