  Garage is very dark inside, a little on the creepy side. Easy to find a spot, but pricey!

  This is without a doubt the worst parking service AND customer service I have ever had to deal with. Their rates are absurd for what they offer. They have people paying $90/month+ for parking lots 3+ blocks outside of the city that are basically parking in the woods. If you feel like walking into work with mud covered shoes, this is your place! Not only are their lots awful, but their office staff was even more of a headache to deal with. Recently, I parked in a lot 1 block closer 2 days in a row because it was pouring down rain and I figured it would not be an issue considering the 3+ inches of mud in my primary lot. The first day, I got a ticket even though I had my tag up that I am a Preferred Parking client (which they obviously couldn't have cared less). I called the office the morning of the second day to ask to park closer and no one answered. Assuming it would not be an issue since this was something they had allowed before, I decided to park closer again. I come out of work to a boot on my car for $160 AND another ticket for $35! I call the office to try and discuss this and end up having to wait 30-45 minutes for someone to come take the boot off. When I called the office to try and discuss this, two of the females staff members were extremely disrespectful and interrupted every other word I spoke just so they could barrel over me in the conversation and tell me repeatedly I was wrong. After all this, I end up missing a class and losing $30 because I could not make the class - when I mention this to the Preferred Parking office her response was - "that's not our problem". Even the gentleman that came to take the boot off my car said that this was ridiculous and disagreed with the entire situation! If there is any chance you can use a different parking service, I highly suggest it! Stay away!

  I sent Preferred Parking a video recording of one of their employees punching my car & they still refuse to pay for the damages. Photo posted along w/ review.

  Entrance for inexperienced drivers can cause problems for your "wheels" at entrances. Observe speed limits, tight corners. During weekdays expect to find spaces on floors 6 and higher. More spaces available on weekends. I park here daily.

  I had a great experience at the Hearst Towers. I was working an Event here in the parking garage. The Pizza shop downstairs gave me free food and allowed me to use the restroom whenever I needed to. I met so many people that night some that gave me tips for being courteous and helping them find a great parking spot. If you were one of the ones I helped, look for a cute, friendly black girl with a gorgeous smile. Be safe when you're enjoying yourself in Uptown. Tah Ta!
