  HealthFirst SUCKS! Only usable on Long Island and in NYC, NOWHERE else in New York State. Get Fidelis instead..

  I am not having any luck with Healthfirst. Its impossible to get a representative that can help me. Until then i will keep posting my issues. # 1. Every time i try to log into my account I get locked in for an hour. Password and usernames are correct. Customer service doesn't know why and can't help. # 2. I was already dropped in February 2018 for a mistake on their end. Payment was made on time and I was told we are given a 90 day grace period. Since being dropped I also lost my tax credit with NY state of health. What a mess!
