  I am so thankful that this organization exists. I can get tested at zero cost and almost whenever I need to. This place is a blessing! I am on PrEP because of this organization and their amazing staff. Please spread the word about their services to every gay man in DFW. Donate, volunteer, or whatever you can do in order to keep them serving our community. Thank you so much DJ and you’re incredible staff!

  The whole staf are extremely helpful and super nice and super professional except for the Manager he has white hair and he is extremely rude and unprofessional and it’s horrible service on the phone Let me start in December when I went For my normal 3 months testing since I’m on prep and my boyfriend was with me getting tested . We left the clinic and then we get a phone call from the manager who was extremely rude on the phone blaming us for stealing a door knob or something like that I was So confused on what he was talking about on the phone I even Asked him if it was a joke and he was on speaker phone with my boyfriend . In March I went To check when is my appointment for me to stay on prep but then they tell me that I’m not on the schedule for March so I called Today and to ask for an appointment the minute I said My name they transferred me to him and he was telling me he is declining my service for getting prep because he “wants me to be happier in another clinic” and I recorded the whole conversation through a different phone because he was extremely unprofessional . And I kept Telling him you can’t decline the service but he kept saying yes I can . Using his power to decline me getting prep that was extremely unprofessional and he hung up on me . I have Spoke to one of the testing nurses of what happened in December and if they found the door knob because I was worried because there was people before us and after us and I hope He investigated the whole situation before he calls others and blame them for something they didn’t do like he did to us . Now I’m declined to get prep and as soon I was About to ask him if he could refer me to a different clinic he hung up the phone . I hope Someone who is above him could get in contact with me so I could Show them the record of the conversation and if they could put me back on prep please contact me the staff are amazing it has nothing to do with the staff it’s about the manager

  This place is so great. Everyone there is completely professional and it's amazing that this service can be provided to the community for free. Also, the staff is very knowledgable about HIV, STIs, Transmission methods/rates, and Prevention. They make sure to educate every patient each time without judgement. It's wonderful.
