Did my very first float today and couldn't wait to leave a review. I found this place via Groupon so I figured I would give it a try as I've been interested in float therapy ever since I learned that it existed. I was met at the front by Cyrus who owns the place and he was very sweet and kind. Has a great aura about him. I let him know that I was a little nervous to give this a try and he explained everything in great detail and reassured me that I was going to have a great experience. It took a little bit to get used to but soon I found myself forgetting I was even in water. I felt extremely relaxed when I left and I can't wait to float again! Healing Waters is excellent, extremely clean and very welcoming.

Came here well prepared for my first time and acquired a first timer 3 float package at a great cost. Staff showed me through the ropes to make sure I got it, while I came back for a 2nd there was an error in the booking system so they allowed me to float complimentary for 45 mins to accommodate the mishap. Very well appreciated and grateful to be allowed the opportunity to float at such a nice, clean, and soothing facility. Great, I guess you would call "pods" too that are spacious with all the amenities you can think of.

Every detail of this place has been very well thought out, from the design of the space, the step-in cabins that allow for more space and free floatation, the zen lounge, the organic toiletries in the showers, the complimentary herbal teas, the pink Himalayan salts that adorn the walls and windows, etc. My floatation experience left me feeling refreshed and revived and my back and neck felt a lot better after a 60 minute float. I have decided to add this into my routine once a week. Not only does it help with my stress-levels but it helps with my recovery from my work-outs. The staff is really accommodating and gracious, too.

I've been floating for several years now in Houston, and been to a few different float centers. I've also floated at Liquid in Austin (which I do enjoy when in town there). I have to say, the tanks at Healing Waters are the best I've encountered since I started floating. Tall, wide, and very sound proof. There are no neighboring businesses to pollute noise during your float, and each cabin that the tanks are in (4 cabins A-D) are pretty insulated as well. I've already floated here 3 times, and 100% of my floats have been uninterrupted with outside noise or distraction. The cabins you shower in are incredible too. Cedar wood and black rock showers make you feel comfortable, clean, and enhance your post-float exit in the most rejuvenating way. For the quality of your float experience and the price, compared to other "high end/high priced" float centers in Houston, Healing Waters is your best option, in my opinion. Besides the tanks and cabins, the owners have done an awesome job putting all the interior design details into the ambiance with all kinds of positive attracting energy pieces in the reception area you enter into, and also the post-float lobby/chill out room. The chill out room is perfect after floating to just take a minute, make a complimentary tea and read one of many of must-read books on topics like meditation, yoga sutras, floating, philosophy, or just journal your post-float thoughts. Super comfortable and welcoming. Definitely lucky to have a place like Healing Waters in a city like Houston that needs it.

My wife and I both did a 60 min float yesterday. It was A great experience. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Gave us a few tips to get the most out of the experience. The rooms and float pods were very clean and nice. We both really enjoyed it and plan to go again. Highly recommend the experience and Healing Waters as a place to give it a try
