  I was in town for a week to attend a family event and while at home I tweeked my neck and back. I called and scheduled an appointment to come in the same day and Sarah was very flexible in working me in for a session. Upon meeting Sarah at her studio I immediately felt at ease due to her positive energy and warm personality. The treatment was firm and focused to address my specific tension I was having. She was able to relax those areas and work out all the knots and stress. I was amazed at how quickly I felt a difference during the treatment. Not to mention the day after I have full range of motion and no pain in the areas I had tension and pain. Thanks Sarah! She is a healer! I can’t recommend her studio enough.

  I attended Sarah's Chocolates and Chakras class and loved every minute of it. It was something new for me and Sarah made me feel very comfortable. I left the class feeling refreshed and woke up the next morning feeling even better. Great experience and atmosphere!

  Every time I visit Sarah I always leave refreshed and energized. From the moment you walk in the door you enter a clean, calming environment followed by one of the best massages you can find in Pittsburgh. The location, price, and expertise makes it hard to beat. I am a reoccurring customer and this is after visiting plenty of other massage therapists in the area.

  Sarah is amazing inside and out. I was just there yesterday to see her new place and get a massage and this place is amazing! It’s so clean and relaxing. Highly recommend her for massages and anything else. I’m feeling stress free and much lighter today.

  I wasn't familiar with Healing Roots due to the business being so newly relocated from Beaver to Pittsburgh. Luckily I discovered it in May and have already been back three times! On the day of my first visit I was on Ellsworth Avenue and was drawn in by the aromatherapy that was so amazing that it even smelled good from the outside! The atmosphere is very calming and inviting, it is attractively decorated and the perfect size for the intimate and personalized services that it offers. There is also a variety of beautiful, locally made jewelry. Sarah Sadaka (the owner) could not be friendlier or more personable! She is multifaceted with with expertise in so many areas, such as the events that she hosts at Healing Roots, the massages she provides and the various types of yoga classes that she teaches, providing thorough attention in a private and comfortable setting. I've had multiple experiences with massages and yoga classes and Sarah has introduced me to some new styles that I wasn't familiar with. I'm so happy that Sarah came to Pittsburgh, bringing her impressive and unique skill set!
