  I started With LaLa (Owner) I was so unhealthy fitness and nutrition lifestyle . I came to see this young lady and that's when the magic happened. She changed my life for BETTER!!!   First ,everyone was so professional. This place is very clean and so are all the techs. Anthony gave me the most awesome massage one could ever get. La la is very knowledgeable in her work and made me feel very comfortable during my colonic session. Amber gave a wonderful facial and was very patient and explain each product and process which made me feel very comfortable. I will be back with out a doubt and I found a new home to help me along with continuing great health. Thanks everybody and I will see you all very soon.

  I absolutely love the atmosphere and the staff. I felt like I had been going there for years. It was my first colonic and full spa day. They did not disappoint. If you live within an hour of them..they are worth the drive. I live in Florida and I already have a trip scheduled to go back. Lala, Janell, and Subrena spoiled me 💚

  Came here to help with my liquid detox. I did three sessions of colon hydrotherapy, V-steam, foot detox, biomat. Before my visit to Heal Thy Self I was experiencing headaches, nausea, bloating and I had not menstruated. The next day after using the biomat, I had my cycle back. The colonics helped me loose a couple inches from my waist. Lala was very helpful with helping me identify the toxins that were released from my body.

  Wow. What a find! I originally went in for a colonic service and ended up learning about their massages and facials. Next thing you know, I treated myself to a whole spa day! The staff are extremely knowledgable and caring. Make sure to get a wellness consultation from Lala. Also ask for their package deals for the best price. You will come out knowing so much more about your body!
