  Get my hair down every six weeks by Carla. She is wonderful always does a great job. I have never been disappointed. 👍👍

  I had a hair cut day before yesterday. The salon is not professional .The lady ana or Emma didn't gave me clean cut. I drove from DC and someone referred me there. Next day I went again early because I have to drive back to DC, I complained them then also they dint fix that.Instead she told me next time when u come do this. OMG y would I come again now. I gave them 43 dollars just for bangs and slight layers. Totally disappointed. I was overcharged.

  I walked in and was greeted awardly by the front desk. They asked if I had a favorite hair stylist and this was my first time so I said no. So they paired me with a hair stylist. I requested I wanted a short bob but I wanted my hair to frame my face and keep it just below the neckline and the chin. Somehow she got the impression I wanted it shorter than that. Halfway through I asked to stop cutting it shorter but she insisted it would look nicer. I had no choice but to comply b/ she was extremely pushy. After she took out a buzzer and I protested even further but she kept saying well you have to use a buzzer for a bob. What she meant was I don’t know how else to cut your hair so let me use the buzzer otherwise your an idiot who doesn’t know what she is talking about. She buzzed the hair past the neckline and the haircut looked awful however she kept saying how much she loved it. By this point everyone in the salon was staring customers and employees. I have never had a hair stylist insist on doing a haircut their way as much as her. I was harassed from the moment I spoke to her and the employees did not do anything. I should have requested a different hair stylist from the moment I spoke to her b/ she did not listen to a word I was telling her. Next time I will not be so polite. Usually the hair stylist asks about the length you want it before the haircut and after they have cut to a certain point to see if you like it. She completely ignored my request and made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. Also she kept saying the word buzz constantly in a sentence so she could have been high. This haircut was a few years back so I don’t know if that person is still there however she should not have been cutting hair.
