    This is the WORST insurance ever. They will make you go crazy . I am an international students ;I finish pay them and I asked them to sent me a waiver form. When I called , they provided me with a wrong email address . I had to keep calling them everyday . They made me wait for 2 weeks and I still don't have the from yet . It looks like ; I am going to have that waiver from in 2020 .Now , I can not register for the classes I want it . Student DO NOT i repeat DO NOT take this insurance .

    The company doesn't provide the minimum insurance needed under the Affordable Care Act, which they mention in their welcome letter. What they also say is "This doesn't mean you need to cancel your short-term plan, but you should explore long-term health insurance options during the National Open Enrollment Period or if you experience a qualifying event as you may be subject to a tax penalty if you don't have a major medical plan." What is not explained is what all this means: which is that you will still have to pay a penalty under the ACA, even though you have insurance with this company. In addition it took me over 2 1/2 hours of trying to get to through to a human, over two days, in order to get this information. It appears that they have found an excellent way to take people's money with providing essentially nothing in return. Knowing what I know now about them, I would stay away.

    The worst company, I paid for the services and I had an emergency and by mistake I provided the old certificate ID in the hospital, even though they knew I provided the wrong insurance id, they never told me and for this fact they deny my claim.

    They are absolutely the WORST!. Their customer service is terrible. When asking to speak with a supervisor, they put me on hold for 20 minutes, and then explained how the supervisor was unavailable. I had called two days in a row, and they still gave me the run around. They have hidden fees and service charges they do not disclose. I would not recommend this company to anyone wanting travel insurance. The saga continues... After placing a claim in June, I have been waiting for 5 months for them to issue me a return. I have made a dozen calls, made 6 requests to have it escalated and figured out. I have spoken with a representative named Indera who is absolutely useless. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY YOU CAN CHOOSE FROM. DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM THEM.

    This is the absolute worst health insurance EVER. And after years of non-processed claims from UHC, for this company to beat it...that is a true feat. I submitted the same claims at least 5 times. Took days off to get the same information from the provider. Faxed innumerable documents for a claim from a December visit while my daughter was home for 30 days. Finally I get a determination 7 months later and the claim is denied because she was sick (stomach cramps, sore throat - could be anything or nothing) while she was traveling back home. They denied it because she needed to have those symptoms in USA or go to a Dr. on her way back while traveling 3 countries to get to the USA. Call Center people were often "testy" and each one of them gave me an "escalation" number which I think means "throw away claim" and one I asked why he was shouting at me when all I was telling him what he said I needed, I submitted 3 times. So I think as part of their service they should state that they process but not pay out claims. This is a big rip off, a waste of time and something I will not be renewing.
